Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Muskoka Septic Line collects and how it’s used. The site is operated by Lexson AI Inc.

Phone calls

Calls to the number on this site may be recorded. Callers hear a notice at the start of the call. We record and log calls to confirm that requests reach a provider and to keep a record of service requests. Call details may include your phone number, the date and time, and what you told us about your property and the job.

When you call, your call may be forwarded to an independent local septic professional. That provider receives what you share on the call so they can respond to your request.

How we use your information

We use call and message details only to connect you with a provider, follow up on your request, and keep records of requests made through this site. We don’t sell your personal information.

Website

This site doesn’t use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and performance.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing muskokasepticline@gmail.com.
